It's St. Patrick's Day and I am one lucky girl.  I could go on and on about the reasons I am so lucky (amazing family, incredible friends, good health, the perfect job, the perfect husband) but it would probably be too much.  So instead, I'll just talk about my cute husband for a minute.

First, let me explain how much I hate grocery shopping.  I think it's such a waste of time - and it's always so cold inside.  Grocery shopping is one of my very least favorite tasks. Lee OFTEN saves me from that chore and picks up what we need on his way home from work.  (He even comes home with beautiful flowers for me - for no reason at all except that he's darling).  Last night - he out did himself.  He worked late and I spent hours deep cleaning our filthy apartment.  Rather than have me also worry about dinner or deal with the store - he offered to figure something out.  I assumed we'd do quesodillas (sort of a staple these days).  Instead, he walks in the door with a dozen recipes printed from the Williams-Sonoma website and a million grocery bags.  All full of food to make any or all of the printed recipes.  He handed me the recipes and asked me to pick what I wanted for dinner. And then he made it!  (I chose grilled tuna with olives, sun dried tomatoes and mint and baked zucchini and tomatoes.)  It was delicious!  How amazing is that?  I not only didn't have to go through the work of figuring out what meals we should have for the week, but I didn't have to go to the store either! I have the greatest husband on the planet!  :)
