We did it! The master bedroom and bathroom is complete!  Lee completed all the finishing touches this weekend and it's gorgeous!  The bathroom is definitely the nicest room in the house. I feel like we're in a hotel.  :)  It's pretty marvelous.

We undertook quite a bit to make this bedroom/bathroom happen.

• We did everything listed HERE for the bedroom
• Hired out the following:
  • Demolition of the 1965 bathroom and baptismal font shower
  • Framing of the new bathroom and walk in closet
  • Dry wall for the bathroom, closet and ceilings
  • Removal of a big post in the closet and addition of a new supportive beam
  • Repair of the rotted subfloor in the bathroom
  • Moving of all plumbing (shower, toilet and sink) and replacement of galvanized pipes with copper pipes
  • Running of new electrical
  • Installation of the shower pan
  • Installation of the fan and overhead lights
• Installed sweet LED recessed lighting in the bedroom and closet
• Painted the closet
• Installed hardwood in the closet
• Painted and installed baseboard trim in the closet
• Installed shelving units in the closet
• Trimmed the sliding glass door
• Framed the two pocket doors
• Painted the pocket doors
• Trimmed the pocket doors
• Painted the bathroom
• Painted, trimmed and installed bathroom window trim and jams
• Installed vanity and linen cabinets
• Installed shower walls and glass shower door (the vendors of these two products actually did the installation.  That was pretty great)
• Installed the vanity counter top (also installed by the vendor)
• Connected and installed the faucet and sink
• Connected and installed the toilet
• Prepped the floor for tile
• Cut and laid the tile
• Installed bathroom tile trim
• Caulked (a lot)
• Painted and installed the trim around the linen cabinet
• Installed the vanity mirror lights

I pretty much have the coolest husband ever who can do all this and more.
