We all know I have the best job in the world and I hope to never have to give it up.  One of the reasons why it's so fabulous is the people that I work with.  On June 30 my team at work surprised me with a rendition of "Happy Birthday" and a beautiful banana cake from Icing on the Cake as a special bday treat.  It was super thoughtful of them and delicious of course.  The birthday continued in Idaho (see previous post) and concluded with dinner with Joy and Collin in the city prior to a night at the SF Symphony.  We loved seeing Joy and Collin, enjoyed our dinner and LOVED the symphony.  The night we went was a performance of Gershwin Classics and the pianist for the Concerto in F was amazing and everything else was just super fun.  During what has been a pretty tough month, my birthday was a nice change of pace and I'm very grateful for thoughtful and supportive friends and family.  And it's a given how grateful I am to be married to my Mr. Perfect.
