The month of May has been a blur! I’m not quite sure where it has disappeared to.  I can’t believe it will be June tomorrow!   We were actually in town the first weekend of May and we kicked off a project we are really excited about!  We have plans to redo the backyard and we are in the process of thinking about how we will do it.   Fortunately my coworker’s husband has been a great resource and he’s doing most of the legwork for us.   I can’t wait to see the yard transform over the course of the next few months!

This month we also lost one of our good friends to Australia!  But before leaving, I’ve had the chance to get together with those of us who still remain in the Bay Area to celebrate Erin’s awesomeness.  The first was dinner at Erin’s where she cooked for us ladies.  I feel lucky to have gotten one more Erin meal before she left town!  And just this week we had a final send off with a slightly larger group.  We are going to miss Erin but look forward to visiting her in Sydney at some point in the next two years!
