My sister Abbie and her husband have been making the rounds interviewing at different oncology centers in the west.  Last week they spent a few days in Chico, but opted to fly in and out of SFO so they could spend one night at our house.  Patrick loves, loves, loves Indian food - so we first met them, Joy & Collin at Dosa in the city.  We had a delicious dinner and a good time being all together - the night passed far too quickly.  They (Patrick and Abbie) were good sports given the chaos we're currently living in, and Patrick's time here was too short!  He was gone before 1pm on Sunday.  Abbie changed her ticket and got to stay until Tuesday morning.  We didn't put her to work like we did the last visit, instead it was quite the contrary.  We enjoyed games, a movie, and a very lazy Sunday.  It was really fun to have them, we look forward to having them back when we can host them more hospitably!

This last week we had a few more nights at home that enabled us to get in some painting and Christina came down yet again to help out.  Our list of things we want to accomplish before 11/21 is daunting, and we may not achieve them.  But the next two weeks are going to be busy trying! Photos from this week (#4) are here.
